Get ready for some high-energy, competitive flag football this spring! The Sac Supreme League is kicking off our 2025 Season 3 Adult Flag Football League, bringing together athletes from across the community for fast-paced 5v5 & 7v7 action.
This season marks an exciting chapter as we return to hosting an adult league and continue our mission of providing high-quality, community-driven sports leagues. Whether you're a seasoned player or just looking for a fun way to stay active, this league is all about competition, camaraderie, and love for the game!

✅ 5v5: Co-Ed, Men's NC and Women's NC
✅ 5v5 Co-Ed Air-it-out
✅ All skill levels welcome!
✅ Competitive & recreational divisions
✅ SUNDAYS: 3 pm to 8 pm
✅ Referees and scorekeepers provided
✅ Championship prizes & league awards
📅 Season Starts: Jan 10th, 2026
📍 Location: North Sacramento (Natomas)
💰 Registration: $350.00 PER TEAM
